With more than ten years of experience in the Apple ecosystem, John’s passion for seamlessly integrating Apple technology into people’s lives shines through.

Beginning his journey at Apple in 2017 as an AppleCare Advisor, John played a pivotal role in providing top-notch IT technical support and delivering effective solutions to customers. Throughout his tenure, he consistently achieved high-resolution rates for customer issues related to both iOS and Mac products.

John’s educational journey at California State University Sacramento further honed his skills. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems and Communication Studies. During his time at CSU Sacramento, John showcased his technical prowess by assisting professors with troubleshooting and offering expert guidance on their computer needs.

In 2018, John made the decision to leave his role at Apple to focus on completing his studies, successfully earning his bachelor’s degree.

Today, John serves as an Apple Consultant, boasting over a decade of experience in Apple technology, service provision, and support. His expertise and unwavering commitment make him an invaluable asset for those looking to maximize the potential of Apple’s innovative products and services.

Lien is a dedicated and skilled graphic designer with expertise in various tools and software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Office365, and photography.

Throughout her career, Lien has collaborated with a diverse range of clients and businesses, leveraging her design skills to create compelling materials such as business flyers, cards, invitations, social media graphics, and banners. She has also partnered with clients and sales teams to craft successful advertisements that effectively promote their products and services. Lien’s experience extends to producing content and graphic assets for client websites, all while excelling in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. Additionally, Lien has provided invaluable assistance to a client in redesigning projects and generating innovative ideas.

Lien’s academic journey took her to California State University Sacramento, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Management. During her time at CSU Sacramento, she also completed her studies with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.

Currently, Lien serves as an Apple Consultant, channeling her creative skills to support and enhance the capabilities of Apple products like Final Cut Pro, iMovie, and various Adobe software. Her expertise contributes to unlocking the full potential of these creative tools.

Brandon, a former Apple Expert/Advisor at Best Buy, transitioned to CoreSolutions in 2022 with the aim of elevating his technical expertise. After completing his studies in Computer Science and Economics at California State University Sacramento, Brandon sought to expand his computer science proficiency, particularly in API and automation, by joining CoreSolutions.
