Google Workspace Migration

Move to Google Workspace without missing an email.

We migrate email, calendars, contacts, and files from Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, Dropbox, another Google tenant, and more. Your team keeps working while everything moves in the background.

Migration paths

Wherever your email and files live today, we can move them.

Microsoft 365 & Exchange

Email, calendars, and contacts move to Gmail and Google Calendar, OneDrive files move to Drive, and Outlook folders come over as Gmail labels in the same structure.

Google to Google

Consolidate tenants after a merger, acquisition, or rebrand. Shared Drives, folder structure, and sharing permissions come along.

GoDaddy, cPanel & IMAP

Leave GoDaddy email, cPanel, Rackspace, or any IMAP host behind, with your folders and message history intact.

Dropbox to Google Drive

Folders and shared-folder access move into Drive, so you can stop paying for a second storage platform.

SharePoint & OneDrive to Shared Drives

SharePoint sites are mapped to Shared Drives and access is rebuilt with Google Groups, so teams find their files where they expect them.

Personal Gmail to Google Workspace

Move your business off a gmail.com address onto professional email at your own domain — email, contacts, calendar, and Drive included.

How it works

Five steps, and you approve the plan before anything moves.

1

Assess

We inventory users, mailboxes, files, DNS, and connected apps, then send a written plan and timeline.

2

Build

We set up Google Workspace: users, groups, Shared Drives, and security settings.

3

Copy

Email, calendars, contacts, and files copy in the background while your team keeps working.

4

Verify

We check item counts, folders, and sharing permissions before anything switches over.

5

Go live

We switch email delivery after hours, run a final sync, and support your team after the move.

Questions

Migration FAQ

How long does a migration take?

It depends on how much data you have and how many individual items are in it — a mailbox with hundreds of thousands of small messages takes longer than one with fewer, larger attachments. We set the timeline after the assessment, and most of the copying happens in the background before cutover.

Will our email go down?

No. Mail keeps flowing to your current system while we copy everything over. We switch delivery to Google after hours and run a final sync so nothing sent in between is missed.

What do our users need to do?

Very little. On cutover day they sign in to their new Google account. We provide a quick-start guide and help reconnect phones, laptops, and mail apps.

Can you move only some users or some data?

Yes. Scope can be set per user, per mailbox, and per folder or shared drive — useful if you’re retiring old accounts or leaving archives behind.

What happens to our old account?

We leave it in place until you’ve confirmed everything arrived, then help you cancel or downgrade it so you’re not paying for two systems.

Do you handle the domain and DNS?

Yes. We update DNS and set up email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC), whether your domain is hosted with us or somewhere else.
